Wayne Dalton’s Model C-20 commercial steel sectional door are designed, engineered, and constructed to assure smooth, efficient operation and to save installation time and effort. Unique 2” x 3” box-stile design, plus tongue-and-groove construction, adds vertical stability and strength. Stiles are continuously-bonded to the skin surface with high-strength adhesive, resulting in the strongest possible unit. The surface is ribbed for added strength. Independent tests show that these doors are significantly stronger compared to leading competitors.
Model C-20 steel sectional door features pre-finished 20-guage hot-dipped galvanized sections roll-formed to a full 2” thickness for ultimate strength and durability. To prevent rust and leakage associated with rivets, fully-fitted 3” wide boxed stiles are bonded to the skin surface with high strength adhesive. Optional insulation consists of 1-5/16" expanded polystyrene which provides an R-value* of up to 7.64 and a U-value as low as 0.13.
*Wayne Dalton uses a calculated door section R-value for insulated doors.
